XYXX Apparels raised $11 Mn in funds led by Singularity Growth Opportunities Fund

D2C Menswear brand XYXX Apparels raised $11 million in funds led by Singularity Growth Opportunities Fund and a debt infusion of around $2 million from Trifecta Capital where existing investors including Sauce Venture Capital and DSG Consumer Partners also participated.

XYXX is a menswear brand that manufactures and sells products in a variety of categories, including innerwear, loungewear, comfortwear, activewear, and winter wear. The incoming funds will be used to expand the company’s geographic reach and strengthen its presence in existing markets through the introduction of new products. Furthermore, XYXX will use the incoming funds to invest in modern retail, large-format stores, and exclusive brand stores. India’s total ecommerce opportunity is expected to reach $400 billion by 2025. Fashion and apparel is the third largest ecommerce market opportunity, with a market size of $33 billion by 2025 and a three-year CAGR of 19%.
