The Xbox app has launched on select 2022 LG smart TVs, bringing cloud gaming directly to your television. This means Xbox Game Pass Ultimate subscribers in over 25 countries can stream games from their library without needing an Xbox console. All that’s required is a compatible LG TV, a Bluetooth controller, and a Game Pass Ultimate subscription.

Microsoft announced the rollout on Xbox Wire, expanding its cloud gaming reach. This follows last year’s addition of Xbox Cloud Gaming support to Amazon Fire TV Stick, demonstrating Microsoft’s commitment to making gaming accessible on various devices.
