About the role
We’re looking for someone who’s equally comfortable talking to customers and to a camera.
You’ll start 100% in our customer success team, the crew that keeps Mixvoip running smoothly for a few thousand of business clients. After a few months, once you’ve learned the ropes and seen how things really work here, you’ll shift gradually into a 50/50 split: half customer success, half content creation.
