TVS Motor Enters European Market through Partnership with Emil Frey Group

TVS Motor Company has announced its entry into the European market through a strategic alliance with Zurich-based Emil Frey Group. The agreement, marked by an import and distribution pact, aims to leverage Emil Frey’s extensive distribution network and profound market insights in Europe, signaling a significant move in TVS Motor Company’s global expansion strategy.

Sudarshan Venu, Managing Director of TVS Motor Company, highlighted the importance of this alliance, stating, “This strategic alliance with Emil Frey is a crucial step in our global expansion strategy. Europe will be a key market for us, and through this partnership, we aim to bring our cutting-edge products closer to European customers.” Venu emphasized the alignment of values between the two organizations, both committed to responsible and sustainable mobility and customer service.

Emil Frey Group, a century-old enterprise and a prominent name in automotive distribution, stands among the largest automobile importers and retailers in Europe. The partnership involves Emil Frey Group entities taking charge of the distribution of TVS products in selected countries, utilizing their sales, marketing, and service networks.

The TVS Motor products set to be introduced in Europe include Jupiter 125, NTORQ, Raider, iQube S, Ronin, Apache RR 310, and Apache RTR 310. TVS Motor Company already sells its products in 80-plus countries across Asia, Africa, and Latin America. Exports constitute nearly 25 percent of the company’s business as of the first half of the current fiscal year.

This move into the European market marks a significant milestone for TVS Motor Company, tapping into Emil Frey’s established presence and expertise in the region. The alliance positions both companies as century-old organizations with a shared commitment to advancing responsible and sustainable mobility solutions.
