Tim Cook is well known for his ability to foster a relationship with President Donald Trump, and on Wednesday, that alliance was on full display in the Oval Office. Flanked by Trump and Vice President JD Vance, Apple CEO Tim Cook presented the former president with a symbolic gift: a custom-designed disc of iPhone glass, set in a 24-karat gold base, etched with Trump’s name and the Apple logo.
The ceremonial plaque—created by a former US Marine now employed at Apple—features Cook’s signature, the phrase “Made in USA,” and the year 2025….
