Tile launches new cat-tracking tag to help find furry friends

Tile, the popular tracking device manufacturer, has launched a new cat-tracking tag on Tuesday. The Tile for Cats is a modified version of the Tile Sticker with a silicone collar attachment that costs $40. This new product aims to help pet owners track their feline friends and find them quickly if they wander off or hide.

The Tile for Cats comes with a replaceable sticker with a battery life of up to three years. It has a range of 250 feet and works with both Android and iOS devices. The device also integrates with voice assistants such as Siri, Alexa, and Google Assistant, so pet owners can locate their cat with just a voice command.

The package includes a Tile sticker and a collar attachment that is compatible with almost all standard cat collars. The attachment can stretch up to 1.7 times its original size without breaking, and the device is water-resistant, making it suitable for cats that like to play with water.

This is Tile’s first venture into the pet product market, and it is an inexpensive solution for pet owners who want to keep track of their cats without investing in expensive GPS-based trackers. While there are plenty of GPS-based trackers available in the market with additional features, Tile for Cats is a cost-effective solution for cat owners who want to keep their feline friends close.

Overall, the Tile for Cats is a clever addition to the existing Tile product range, which now provides a cheap Bluetooth-based tracking solution for pet owners.

Long before Edgar Wright’s The Running Man hits theaters this week, the director of Shaun of the Dead and Hot Fuzz had been thinking about making it. He read the original 1982 novel by Stephen King (under his pseudonym Richard Bachman) as a boy and excitedly went to theaters in 1987 to see the film version, starring Arnold Schwarzenegger. Wright enjoyed the adaptation but was a little let down by just how different it was from the novel. Years later, after he’d become a successful… Source link
