TCS ranks No. 1 for customer satisfaction among IT and cloud services companies in Spain, here’s the full report card

Tata Consultancy Services (TCS) has been ranked number 1 in service delivery quality and commercial competitiveness in Spain, according to a survey by Whitelane Research. The survey ranked the top 28 IT service providers based on key performance indicators. TCS also improved its position in customer satisfaction, rising to number 2 in Spain. Maria Novoa, Country Head of TCS Spain, credited the company’s customer-centric approach and investment in capabilities and innovation for the achievement. Whitelane Research praised TCS for its trusted relationships with customers in Spain.
