Sling TV has announced what seems like a tempting new way to watch live TV without a contract. A new “Day Pass” option lets users unlock instant access to live sports, TV, and entertainment for $4.99. There’s also a “Weekend Pass” available for $9.99 and a “Week Pass” for $14.99.
Here’s how Sling describes the new plans:
Day Pass ($4.99): Instant 24-hour access. Perfect for a big game, an awards show, or an impromptu movie night.

Long before Edgar Wright’s The Running Man hits theaters this week, the director of Shaun of the Dead and Hot Fuzz had been thinking about making it.
