Slack Updated With AI-Powered Enterprise Search, Channel Recaps, Huddles AI Meeting Notes and Translations



Slack is integrating AI across its platform, launching four new features for enterprise users and teasing five more. The initial rollout includes Enterprise Search, which leverages AI to quickly locate information within files, chats, and connected apps. This aims to streamline information retrieval.

Additionally, Slack now offers AI-powered channel recaps and thread summaries, saving users time by condensing key discussions. Language barriers are also being addressed with real-time translation capabilities. Finally, AI meeting notes are available for Slack Huddles, providing automated summaries of discussions. These AI enhancements aim to boost productivity and efficiency within organizations using Slack.
