Sennheiser launches SoundProtex earplugs for safe listening

Sennheiser has unveiled its new SoundProtex earplugs, designed to protect hearing while delivering clear, high-quality sound. Ideal for concerts, festivals, and everyday use, these earplugs ensure users enjoy music without the risk of hearing damage.

“With SoundProtex, we are excited to offer music enthusiasts in India a safe way to enjoy their favourite events without compromising on sound quality,” said Vijay Sharma, General Manager, Sennheiser Consumer Business, India. “This launch underscores our commitment to creating innovative audio solutions tailored to evolving consumer needs.”

SoundProtex earplugs feature patented membrane filter technology that maintains the full spectrum of sound while reducing harmful volume levels. The two-stage filters allow for balanced audio, ensuring music retains its brilliance while keeping conversations clear during concerts.

These filters reduce both high and low frequencies evenly, preserving ambient awareness without distortion — a common drawback of standard earplugs.

The earplugs are also durable and reusable, crafted from medical-grade TPE material. The package includes three sizes of ear tips for a customized, comfortable fit, as well as a compact pouch for easy portability.

Made from soft, medical-grade material, SoundProtex is reusable and comes in three sizes for a perfect fit. It also includes a full block filter for complete silence, useful for sleeping, relaxing, or swimming.

SoundProtex earplugs are priced at ₹1,990 and will be available from January 10, 2025, on Sennheiser’s Brand Webshop and Amazon.in.
