Digital lending platform Indifi Technologies has appointed Sangram Singh as its Chief Executive Officer (CEO). In his role, Singh will lead the expansion of Indifi’s core franchise, overseeing key functions such as product management, distribution, partnerships, technology, risk management, and treasury. With a focus on the digital MSME (Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises) ecosystem, Singh expressed excitement about leveraging data and platforms to contribute significantly to India’s online lending landscape.
Indifi Technologies has already disbursed over 96,000 loans across 400+ cities, totaling a disbursement value exceeding Rs 5,100 crore. The platform recently added instant business loans and facilitated working capital finance tailored for direct-to-consumer (D2C) brands to its offerings. Prior to joining Indifi, Singh served as the President at Axis Bank and held the positions of MD and CEO at Freecharge. He brings a wealth of experience from his tenures at Citibank and GE Capital India.
Alok Mittal, Co-founder and Managing Director at Indifi, highlighted the remarkable growth the platform has experienced over the last three years, maintaining an industry-leading credit quality profile. With a strategic focus on scaling multifold in the next five years, Sangram Singh’s expertise is expected to catalyze Indifi’s growth trajectory.
Alok Mittal will continue in his role as Co-founder and Managing Director, working alongside Siddharth Mahanot. Their collaborative efforts aim to lead the development and expansion of product offerings in secured lending and transaction-based financing. Indifi Technologies, headquartered in Gurugram, is a lending platform that facilitates debt financing for small businesses, enhancing the borrower experience in credit access. The platform broadens formal lending by crafting credit products for MSMEs, improving risk assessment standards, and leveraging the supply chain linkages of these enterprises. Additionally, Indifi focuses on streamlining the speed and convenience of the loan application process.
