Ready-to-wear zero power eyewear brand, Enrico Eyewear, secures Rs 2.1 Crore funding 

Enrico Eyewear, a consumer brand offering ready-to-wear zero power eyewear products, has raised Rs 2.1 crore in a pre-seed round led by the 100X.VC. 100X.VC was the first institutional investor to invest in Enrico Eyewear. Post 100X.VC pitch day, various prominent angel investors, further invested in the company. The investment will be utilized to expand the brand’s market reach through diverse distribution activities. Additionally, the capital raised will be used strategically to educate customers about the importance of quality eyewear and maintaining eye health. 

Guided by the leadership of Kavin Khara, Enrico comes from a family legacy of over 35 years in the optical industry. Founded in 2017, the brand underwent a comprehensive three-year research phase, resulting in a powerful market entry in 2020. More than a mere style statement, Enrico Eyewear emphasizes good eye health. It is committed to simplifying the eyewear purchasing journey by offering a carefully curated selection of limited yet widely accepted frames, aligning with its strategic hero-product approach.

Enrico Eyewear identified a gap in affordable and authentic eyewear solutions, resulting in the launch of Light Pollution Blockers. This innovative range includes computer glasses and sunglasses, providing protection against the challenges of digitalization and sunlight, with the belief that safeguarding your eyes is not only a necessity but a habit that should be inculcated.
