Nothing has updated its AI-powered Essential Space on its phones, making information sharing simpler. Launched with the Nothing Phone 3a series in March, Essential Space acts as a hub for quickly capturing and annotating on-screen content.
The update introduces new improvements focused on sharing. Users can still trigger the Essential Space by pressing the dedicated “Essential Key” to take a screenshot. The key functionality lies in its ability to then add typed or voice notes directly onto the captured screenshot, which are then saved within the Essential Space. The latest update enhances how this saved information can be transferred and utilized beyond the individual phone.
