Noida-Based Spiritual Brand Paraayan Secures Pre-Seed Funding from PointOne Capital

In an age where modern life often pulls people away from their spiritual roots, Noida-based brand Paraayan is on a mission to change that. The company has just closed its first pre-seed funding round, backed by Bangalore’s PointOne Capital. With this support, Paraayan aims to expand its product range, strengthen its supply chain, and deepen its commitment to preserving and promoting Vedic traditions in a meaningful way.

A Brand Rooted in Dharma

“Paraayan isn’t just a brand—it’s a movement,” says Co-founder and CEO Atul Kumar Mishra. “We’re deeply grounded in the values of Sanatan Dharma and have been working to bring pure, spiritually uplifting products into people’s homes. From natural dhoop sticks made with sacred herbs to carefully prepared ritual essentials, every item we offer is created with reverence and authenticity.”

Co-founder and CFO Sunil Pandey echoes the sentiment: “The overwhelming support from our customers has made it clear—there’s a real need for honest, spiritually aligned products. With this new funding, we’re ready to take Paraayan to the next level and enrich the devotional journey of countless families.”

Fuel for a Sacred Vision

While the exact investment amount remains undisclosed, Paraayan confirmed the pre-seed funding from PointOne Capital. The funds will be used to launch new products, scale logistics, boost both digital and physical presence, and spread awareness about authentic spiritual practices.

The Story Behind Paraayan

The idea for Paraayan was born when founders Atul and Sunil uncovered some disturbing truths about the pooja product industry. “We found animal bone ash in Shiva Vibhuti, red oxide in Kumkum, wood bark and fullers earth in Chandan, and even plastic beads being sold as Rudraksha,” recalls Atul. “That was just the beginning. The entire production process lacked sanctity—it felt like an assembly line rather than a spiritual service. We knew we had to fix it.”

A Step Toward Sacred Change

With this fresh infusion of capital and a clear sense of purpose, Paraayan is set to grow not just as a business, but as a cultural and spiritual force. Kudos to PointOne Capital for backing a mission that’s as purposeful as it is timely.
