Koei Tecmo, showcasing gameplay for “Nobunaga’s Ambition: Awakening Complete Edition” on the Switch 2, demonstrated the use of USB mouse input. This feature was highlighted during an extended 17-minute preview of the grand strategy title, where game director and producer Michi Ryu used the mouse. The addition of both Joy-Con mouse functionality and USB mouse support suggests Nintendo is aiming to broaden control options for players, particularly for games that benefit from mouse precision, potentially opening the Switch 2 up to a wider range of gaming experiences.
