Motorola has officially introduced its latest mid-range smartphones — the Moto G67 and Moto G67 Power 5G, expanding its popular G-series lineup. As reported by GSMArena, the two models are now available for purchase in select markets, offering a refined balance of performance, camera upgrades, and long-lasting battery life.
Sleek Design and Display Upgrades
The new Moto G67 features a 6.7-inch FHD+ OLED display with a 120Hz refresh rate, ensuring smooth visuals for gaming and scrolling. Motorola has focused on delivering a premium design with slimmer bezels and a matte-finished back panel. The G67 Power 5G, meanwhile, maintains the same design philosophy but comes with a slightly thicker frame to accommodate its larger battery.
Both devices feature Gorilla Glass protection, an IP52 water-repellent rating, and are available in new color variants including Midnight Blue, Sage Green, and Graphite Gray.
Power and Performance
Under the hood, both models are powered by the Qualcomm Snapdragon 6 Gen 1 chipset, paired with up to 8GB of RAM and 256GB of internal storage. Motorola’s RAM Boost technology provides additional virtual memory to enhance multitasking performance.
The phones ship with Android 14 out of the box, with Motorola promising at least two years of OS updates and three years of security patches.
Enhanced Battery and Charging
The Moto G67 Power 5G lives up to its name with a massive 6,000mAh battery, supporting 68W TurboPower fast charging, which can deliver up to 50% charge in just 20 minutes. The standard G67 comes with a 5,000mAh battery and 33W fast charging, designed for users who prefer a lighter, more compact design.
Motorola claims both devices can last over two full days on a single charge, depending on usage.
Camera Features
On the camera front, both models sport a 50MP main sensor with Optical Image Stabilization (OIS), a 13MP ultra-wide and macro lens, and a 16MP front camera for selfies and video calls.
The updated camera software includes new AI-powered features such as Night Vision 2.0, Auto Smile Capture, and Portrait Light Adjustment, improving low-light and portrait performance.
Connectivity and Other Features
As 5G-ready devices, the G67 and G67 Power support both Sub-6GHz and mmWave bands for faster network speeds. Other features include:
- Stereo speakers with Dolby Atmos
- In-display fingerprint sensor
- NFC support for digital payments
- 3.5mm headphone jack — a feature many users still appreciate
Pricing and Availability
Motorola has launched the Moto G67 starting at $299, while the Moto G67 Power 5G is priced at $349. Both models are initially available in Europe and Latin America, with a global rollout expected in the coming weeks.
The brand aims to strengthen its foothold in the mid-range segment, offering devices that deliver flagship-like performance at an affordable price.
