Maharashtra partners with Microsoft to deploy AI system for cybercrime investigations

Maharashtra has partnered with technology major Microsoft and Hyderabad-based cybersecurity startup CyberEye to roll out an artificial intelligence-powered platform for cybercrime investigations.
The system, MahaCrimeOS AI, was unveiled in Mumbai on Thursday during the Microsoft AI Tour, an event to showcase its AI innovation. A statewide rollout would make Maharashtra the first state to standardise cybercrime investigation workflows through an AI-enabled platform.
