Legitquest funding: Legitquest raises $660,000 in ongoing round from existing investors InfoEdge, WaterBridge Ventures

Legal tech startup Legitquest has raised $660,000 (Rs 5.5 crore) in an ongoing funding round from its existing investors InfoEdge and WaterBridge Ventures.

The company, in a statement, said that with more commitments in the pipeline, it is set to close the funding round soon.

“We are excited about the continued trust and support of our investors, which allows us to accelerate our vision of leveraging generative AI to transform the challenges faced by legal stakeholders,” said Karan Kalia, founder of Legitquest.

Founded in 2017 by Kalia, Rohit Shukla and Himanshu Puri, LegitQuest provides a generative AI (GenAI) assistant designed for legal professionals to enhance research, track cases, and conduct efficient due diligence.

“We’ve achieved a robust 250% year-over-year (YoY) growth, alongside a consistent annual increase in ARPU. With a strong client base and a user-centric approach, we’ve successfully achieved product-market fit, and we’re now focusing on scaling further,” said Puri.

The startup has also elevated Rajan Batra to cofounder, who joined the company three years back as vice president of engineering.
