Inside the AI-Powered Enterprise: New Whitepaper Reveals How Gen AI is Redefining ROI

Practus, a leading ROI-driven business consulting firm, and Pathsetter AI, a next-gen AI transformation company, have jointly released a groundbreaking whitepaper titled “The Future of Enterprise Intelligence: Integrating GenAI for Competitive Advantage”. This timely research provides a strategic roadmap for how enterprises can harness Generative AI (Gen AI) to transform decision-making, boost performance, and create measurable business value.

With decision cycles shrinking and data values exploding, traditional Business Intelligence (BI) systems are no longer sufficient. The whitepaper explores how Gen AI, embedded within a broader Enterprise Intelligence (EI) framework, enables real-time, predictive, and outcome-driven decision-making across key business functions—from finance and operations to customer experience and compliance.

“Enterprise Intelligence is about turning insight into action, faster, smarter and with tangible impact” said Deepak Narayanan, Founder & CEO of Practus. “Gen AI isn’t just about automating reports. It’s about engineering better decisions at scale. As this paper shows, the winners in this new era will be those who shift from dashboards to direction—from pilots to performance. At Practus, we see Gen AI as a strategic enabler of ROI, not a science experiment.”

The whitepaper combines market insights, real-world case studies, and a practical Gen AI maturity model. Highlights include:

  • 67% reduction in manual customer support interventions
  • Up to 30% faster content production time
  • 15-25% improvement in customer satisfaction scores
  • Forecast accuracy exceeding 90% using AI-powered models

The whitepaper also introduces a shift toward “Outcomes as a Service” (OaaS) – a new model where Gen AI solutions are tied to measurable business KPIs like cost savings, margin improvements, and faster time-to-insight. It serves as both a blueprint and a call to action for enterprises ready to move from experimentation to execution.

IBM said Tuesday that it planned to cut thousands of workers as it shifts its focus to higher-growth businesses in artificial intelligence consulting and software. The company did not specify how many workers would be affected, but said in a statement the layoffs would “impact a low single-digit percentage of our global workforce.” The company had 270,000 employees at the end of last year. The number of workers in the United States is expected to remain flat despite some cuts, a spokesperson added in the statement. A massive supplier of technology to… Source link

The number of Indian startups entering famed US accelerator and investor Y Combinator’s startup programme might have dwindled to just one in 2025, down from the high of 2021, when 64 were selected. But not so for Indian investors, who are queuing up to find the next big thing in AI by relying on shortlists made by YC to help them filter their investments. In 2025, Indian investors have invested in close to 10 Y Combinator (YC) AI startups in the US. These include Tesora AI, CodeAnt, Alter AI and Frizzle, all with Indian-origin founders but based in… Source link

Osika said the company — which was founded almost exactly one year ago — is also seeing “100,000 new products built on Lovable every single day.” Source link
