IT giant Infosys has inked a new strategic deal with Spark New Zealand to help overhaul the telco’s technology delivery model, using AI and cloud tools to boost efficiency and customer experience.
The partnership, announced Thursday, builds on a 16-year relationship between the two companies. Under the latest agreement, Infosys said that it will support Spark with its global software engineering and DevOps expertise, helping to build, test, and manage the systems behind Spark’s digital services.
