Indian American Dr. Tausif Malik Announces Edtech Startup RiseBack’s Global Headquarters in Arlington, TX at Rotary Club Signature Event

At the prestigious Signature Event hosted by the Rotary Club of Arlington Highlands, Indian-American entrepreneur Dr. Tausif Malik, founder of RiseBack—the world’s first affordable edtech platform—officially announced the registration and establishment of RiseBack’s Global Headquarters in Arlington, Texas. During the event, Dr. Malik was also honored with an Honorary Induction into the Rotary Club, recognizing his visionary efforts in promoting accessible education and workforce development. RiseBack offers IT certification programs starting at just $250 and full university degrees (Undergraduate and Graduate) ranging from $800 to $3,000 for the entire program.

The evening featured Arlington Mayor Jim Ross as the Chief Guest & keynote speaker at the Rotary Club of Arlington Highlands’ Signature Event, where he highlighted his administration’s efforts to attract corporations and drive economic growth, noting that Arlington has now surpassed Houston as the most diverse city in Texas—a strength he called “what America is all about.” Emphasizing that “love is empowering,” Mayor Ross shared how this inclusive spirit fosters positive impact and fuels Arlington’s rise as “The Dream City of America,” with massive developments underway in downtown, manufacturing, tech, hospitality, and retail sectors. A Bold Vision for Arlington: “The Dream City of America”

A highlight of the evening was the presentation of the Paul Harris Fellow Award—one of Rotary International’s highest honors. Among the distinguished recipients was Dr. Shabana Parvez, an Indian-American physician, entrepreneur, and current President of the Rotary Club of Arlington Highlands.

“Arlington’s rapid growth, coupled with Mayor Ross’s vision to make it ‘The Dream City of America,’ makes it the ideal home for RiseBack’s global operations,” said Dr. Tausif Malik. “The partnership with the Rotary Club of Arlington Highland and the overwhelming support from local businesses and community leaders reinforce our mission to drive real change through accessible education.
