Contract management platform Icertis has acquired contract AI startup Dioptra for an undisclosed amount.
With this, Icetis plans to strengthen its product roadmap and expand its AI-led contract lifecycle management (CLM) capabilities. The company said the acquisition also supports its long-term plan to build AI-first workflows across the contracting process.
