Hyderabad to Host 2nd GCC Leadership Conclave on July 30, 2025

~ 300+ CXO, GCC Leaders and Innovation Leaders to Gather to Shape the Future of Global Capability Centers

The Leadership Federation is set to host the 2nd edition of the GCC Leadership Conclave in Hyderabad. The event will bring together over 300 senior leaders from global corporations, government bodies, and innovation hubs to define the next decade of India’s Global Capability Center (GCC) strategy. This high-impact conclave will explore how GCCs are evolving from cost-efficient delivery units into transformative global innovation engines.

Senior representatives of multiple Indian state governments, industry associations, and technology think tanks will join together for multi-stakeholder dialogue. The event is designed to advance GCC policy, infrastructure, and talent frameworks across India.

“With more than 1,600 Global Capability Centers powering IT, finance, HR, customer service, engineering, and beyond, India is already the nucleus of global enterprise operations.
