Gmail’s scheduling feature allows you to compose and schedule emails to be sent automatically at a future time. You can write emails at your convenience and have them delivered at the most appropriate time. To schedule emails in Gmail, compose a new email, click the arrow next to the send button, select ‘Schedule Send’, choose a sending time from the options or pick a specific date and time, and confirm the scheduling. You can edit or cancel scheduled emails and access them in the ‘Scheduled’ folder. Scheduling is also available on the Gmail mobile app, and third-party add-ons like Boomerang or Right Inbox offer more advanced features.
