GrowthSchool, AI-Led Upskilling Platform, Achieves 400% YoY Revenue Growth, Targets $1M Monthly Run Rate by FY 2024

Named as one of the Top Startups to watch out for by LinkedIn, GrowthSchool, an edutech platform, is aiming to democratize upskilling for 2.5 million people in 2024. The platform, which uses Generative AI-led technology for upskilling, has experienced exceptional growth, achieving a 400% Year-on-Year growth since its inception with a peak monthly revenue of INR 5 crores.

GrowthSchool’s focus on simplifying access to real-world skills has been a key factor in its consistent growth. In just two years, the platform has empowered over 1 million learners and plans to expand this number to 2.5 million in 2024. The company’s team has also seen significant growth, currently standing at 150 members, which has tripled Year-on-Year. Looking ahead, GrowthSchool aims to achieve a $1 million monthly run rate by FY 2024.

In 2023, GrowthSchool not only outperformed competitors in terms of revenue growth but also expanded internationally. The company currently generates 10% of its revenues from learners outside India and plans to formally enter global markets, targeting North America (NA), Southeast Asia (SEA), and the Middle East (ME) in 2024. Additionally, GrowthSchool has attracted significant interest from its existing investors for its upcoming Series A round.

To enhance its global reach and empower job seekers worldwide, GrowthSchool has launched ‘Outskill,’ a platform accessible to every individual. This ‘Career Superapp’ offers workshops by elite mentors, audiobooks summarizing bestselling non-fiction books, and comprehensive reading materials. Vaibhav Sisinty, Founder & CEO of GrowthSchool, emphasized the platform’s stringent vetting process for mentors and its mission to make continuous learning and development more affordable than Netflix.

GrowthSchool’s unique selling points include its ability to identify upskilling gaps in India and integrate Generative AI into all learning streams, making it the first Indian company in its domain to do so. With positive feedback from learners and industry stakeholders, GrowthSchool is committed to making upskilling and development accessible for everyone, everywhere.
