Google has launched its AI-powered virtual try-on shopping feature for US users, initially announced at Google I/O. This feature, integrated within Google’s Shopping Graph, is accessible through AI Mode in Search, Google Shopping, and product listings in Google Images. It allows users to virtually try on various outfits effortlessly.
The virtual try-on experience simplifies online clothing selection. Users can experiment with different styles and combinations without physically trying on clothes, potentially increasing purchase confidence and reducing returns. Google aims to enhance the online shopping experience through AI, providing a more interactive and personalized approach. Alongside this feature, Google has also improved its price tracking capabilities, further assisting users in making informed purchasing decisions. This rollout represents Google’s ongoing efforts to integrate AI into e-commerce, making online shopping more convenient and engaging.
