Global tech giants Google and Intel discussed with Saudi Arabian authorities their plans to expand their strategic partnerships in a range of fields, including cloud computing and artificial intelligence (AI).
Saudi Arabia’s Minister of Communications and Information Technology, Engineer Abdullah bin Amer Al-Sawaha, met the CEO of Google and Alphabet, Sundar Pichai, and a number of senior company executives in Silicon Valley to discuss plans to expand the company’s strategic partnerships in the Kingdom in the field of computing and capacity development.
The two sides also discussed areas of common interest and deepening the strategic partnership to enhance the growth of the digital economy and entrepreneurship.
Al-Sawaha also met with the CEO of Intel to discuss partnership plans to develop research in network technologies and artificial intelligence solutions to contribute to enriching innovative solutions and building a digital economy based on innovation and technology.
