GoKwik partners with Flipkart-owned ANS Commerce to offer its RTO-enabled one-click checkout

GoKwik is extending its RTO-enabled checkout solution to more platforms like Kartify, an ANS Commerce platform (a Flipkart company), to help brands on its network realise higher revenue potential.

eCommerce enabler GoKwik has extended its checkout solutions to Kartify, an eCommerce platform by Flipkart-owned ANS Commerce.

This marks a significant milestone for GoKwik where it expands its RTO-enabled one-click checkout solution to more platforms and brands, thereby, truly empowering the entire eCommerce ecosystem in India. The integration is enabled to provide immense value to the brands within ANS Commerce, enabling them to enhance their customer experience and fuel overall growth.

GoKwik, known for its comprehensive suite of solutions, will offer the brands in the Kartify network access to its full-stack checkout services. With a network pool of 100 Mn shoppers, GoKwik has an address pre-fill rate of up to 85% thereby enabling the fastest checkout experience for shoppers. They have built many industry-first features on their checkout such as multiple discount configurations, split COD payments, RTO risk intelligence, T+1 settlement period, etc which are designed to drive higher conversions, increase GMV growth, and most importantly, reduce Return to Origin (RTO) rates, a critical challenge faced by many eCommerce businesses.

Sequoia India, Matrix Partners India, RTP Global and Think Investment-funded GoKwik has so far helped more than 500 brands generate GMV (gross merchant value) worth over USD 1 billion, multiply conversions by 2X and save RTO (return to origin-non-deliverability of COD orders) losses worth USD 450 million.

“With this integration with Kartify, GoKwik has entered the next phase of its mission to enable the eCommerce ecosystem by expanding support services to every eCommerce platform and catering to a larger brand base. We are building deep, innovative & industry-first solutions to help eCommerce brands accelerate their growth potential” said Chirag Taneja, Co-Founder and CEO, GoKwik.

Kartify is a highly-scalable, conversion-optimised, fully-managed platform by ANS which helps to curate Bespoke online brand stores. The feature-rich platform, with 100+ native integrations, is geared to deliver higher performance for the brands hosted on the platform. Many high-profile retail brands, seeking digital scale and growth, have opted for hosting on Kartify.

“GoKwik’s faster check-out implementation is already making an immediate impact, boosting the conversion rate for brands on Kartify. The significant reduction in RTO is another factor driving the enablement of GoKwik for these brands. We are looking forward to helping our brands scale their growth with this partnership.” said Priti Zararia, Senior Director, Alliances, ANS Commerce

eCommerce brands are hosted across multiple platforms and deal with some significant challenges that hamper their growth. These include a lack of conversions due to a long and cumbersome checkout process leading to drop-offs of up to 70%. Return to origin, a phenomenon when an order is undelivered or returned, which leads to an additional burden on revenue for eCommerce brands is another such issue and many others.

With GoKwik’s full stack of enablement solutions, brands on Kartify can not only arrest RTO orders and abandoned checkout cases, but they can also boost conversions, reduce CAC and increase GMV growth.

Kartify is a proprietary platform from ANS Commerce, which is a Flipkart-owned eCommerce enabler. Brands in their network include ITC’s Dermafique & Fiama Killer Jeans, Bestseller Clothing Brand Vero Moda, Dabur, Da Milano and 100+ legacy as well as D2C brands.

GoKwik’s solutions leverage new-age technologies backed by data science and network intelligence to solve complex eCommerce challenges at the source. Their product line includes KwikCheckout which helps drive conversions through a fast, secure and rewarding checkout experience, an RTO management suite that ensures Safe COD, return to origin reduction and DIY RTO Management. The solutions further extend to WhatsApp end-to-end offerings that increase a brand’s ROI.

These solutions are helping the eCommerce ecosystem unlock growth and revenue potential. Earlier this year, GoKwik announced that the customer footprint on its network crossed the 100 million mark in 2023.
