Former PayU Director Ravi Kant Arora joins GoKwik as Senior Vice President of Finance

India’s prominent eCommerce enabler, GoKwik, has appointed Ravi Kant Arora as its Senior Vice President of Finance. In this pivotal role, Ravi will oversee the entire financial operations, including planning, control, funding, audits, compliance, MIS, and financial reporting for the company.

Bringing over 15 years of corporate finance expertise, Ravi is recognized for his astute business acumen and has notably contributed to various organizations’ growth. His proficiency lies in designing annual financial plans, minimizing losses through insightful business strategies, and implementing innovative financial frameworks. Before joining GoKwik, Ravi served as VP – Finance at Stanza Living, where he played a key role in enhancing financial processes and driving significant value.

Ravi’s tenure at PayU as Director of Finance further solidified his expertise in financial planning, global reporting, compliance, and leading strategic initiatives across cross-functional teams. His extensive background includes roles at Aircel Limited and Bharti Airtel Limited, where he led finance, control, and business planning functions.

Expressing his enthusiasm, Ravi stated, “GoKwik has established itself as a leader in eCommerce solutions, and I am eager to contribute to their financial stability, revenue strategies, and governance.”
