FabHotels’ parent company, Travelstack Tech Private Limited (formerly Casa2 Stays Pvt Ltd), has passed a resolution to rename the entity as Travelstack Tech Limited by removing the word “Private,” according to its filing with the Registrar of Companies (RoC).
