EMERGE Tech Conference Wraps Up in Istanbul with $1M investment commitment for Startup winners

 US-based Boomerangme, Turkey-based TYMY and UAE-based Pass24.online emerged victorious among over 100+ startup applicants at the EMERGE International tech conference, which took place in Istanbul on 2-3 October. Venture fund Contribution Capital will invest $1M in one of the selected startups after due diligence. 

Pass24.online offers a cloud access control system with a mobile application for guest and key management. Boomerangme provides an easy-to-use white-label Loyalty Platform tailored for digital agencies, facilitating their transition from transactional to SaaS models, while TYMY has created a SaaS ecosystem designed to drive sales.

Following a rigorous and highly competitive selection process involving startups from different sectors such as healthtech, biotech, fintech, edutech, martech, eCommerce, and cleantech, among other industries, Pass24.online, Boomerangme and TYMY demonstrated exceptional innovation, potential, and a strong alignment with the future of technology and entrepreneurship.

The EMERGE conference was attended by 100+ investors, VCs and Angels from local and global markets, including Turkey, MENA, Europe, the USA, the UK, India and others. Also present were over 150 startups from 20 nations and over 1500 delegates from more than 30 countries. Representatives from leading investment funds Early Bird, 500 Global, Plug and Play, Heartfelt (ex APX), Molten Capital (ex Draper Esprit), Depo Ventures, Vestel Ventures, Revo Capital, and many others took part in the conference. 

The Mayor of Istanbul supported the EMERGE Conference with a compelling message, where he highlighted the importance of technology and entrepreneurship development as key contributors to employment and production. Erol Özgüner, Chief Innovations Officer at Istanbul Metropolitan Municipality, visited EMERGE on the first day of the conference and shared his welcome message at the opening ceremony.
