Electronic Arts (EA) has unveiled “Star Wars Zero Company,” a new single-player, turn-based tactics game set to launch in 2026 on PC, PlayStation 5, and Xbox Series S/X. Developed by Bit Reactor in partnership with Respawn Entertainment and Lucasfilm Games, the title promises a “gritty and authentic story” set during the latter stages of the Clone Wars.
The game focuses on an unconventional squad of operatives facing a new threat to the galaxy. This strategic gameplay experience aims to offer a different perspective within the Star Wars universe, moving away from the usual Jedi-centric narratives.
“Star Wars Zero Company” represents EA’s continued investment in the Star Wars franchise, expanding into the strategy genre. The collaboration between established studios like Respawn and the expertise of Bit Reactor in turn-based tactics suggests a promising addition to the Star Wars gaming landscape.
