CoRover Partners with Google Cloud to Launch Gen-AI Bot BharatGPT

CoRover.ai has collaborated with Google Cloud to launch BharatGPT, a generative AI-powered conversational bot for the Indian market. This partnership marks a development in cloud technology in India, focusing on the country’s linguistic diversity. The chatbot was earlier announced in March with information about the number of languages and the roadmap for the chatbot. 

BharatGPT offers features like a custom knowledge base, integration with ERP/CRM systems, a payment gateway, Aadhar-based KYC authentication, dialogue management, sentiment analysis, and word embedding techniques.

Ankush Sabharwal, the CEO of CoRover said, “BharatGPT’s purpose extends beyond technology; it’s to craft a platform that mirrors India’s cultural heritage in a cloud-first world. Built on Google Cloud, it seeks to establish itself as a dependable AI solution.”

It supports over 14 Indian languages in text, voice, and video interactions, addressing India’s linguistic needs. The company, based in Bangalore, targets the Indian market, using Google Cloud’s technology to enhance AI capabilities in India. The company aims to provide AI solutions that are efficient and reliable, aligning with India’s cultural heritage.
