BoAt’s parent company, Imagine Marketing, has announced a major leadership reshuffle as the wearables startup prepares for its initial public offering (IPO).
Sameer Mehta, who co-founded BoAt in 2016 and has been serving as CEO since July 2023 after chairperson Vivek Gambhir transitioned out of the role, has stepped down. He will now serve as Executive Director on the company’s board.
