Beyond Snack Raises $8.3M in Series A Funding to Expand and Innovate

Beyond Snack, a leading banana chips brand, has successfully raised $8.3 million in its Series A funding round, led by 12 Flags Group. The funding round also saw participation from Japanese venture capital firm Enrission India Capital and existing investors, including NAB Ventures and Faad Network.

The company plans to utilize the fresh capital to expand its presence in new territories, drive product innovation, and strengthen its supply chain infrastructure, according to a statement.

“This new investment empowers us to bring the unique taste of Beyond Snack banana chips to even more snack enthusiasts across the country, elevating their snacking moments to a whole new level,” said Manas Madhu, Founder of Beyond Snack.

Currently, Beyond Snack is a top-selling banana chips brand on leading e-commerce and quick commerce platforms. It boasts a retail footprint spanning 20,000 outlets across India.

“Our investment in Beyond Snack is not just about value creation and growth. It’s also about celebrating and promoting one of India’s homegrown brands. Beyond Snack has previously raised $4 million in funding from NAB Ventures, 100X VC, Faad Network, and prominent angel investors.

Beyond Snack’s products are currently available in 12 countries. The company plans to deepen its footprint in the international market and explore new territories where it has witnessed strong demand.

The Series A funding marks a significant milestone in Beyond Snack’s journey as it aims to redefine snacking with its premium banana chips and robust supply chain innovations.
