Ather Energy, the electric vehicle manufacturer, has announced several updates to its mobile app. In a recent Twitter thread, Tarun Mehta, the CEO of Ather Energy, shared the exciting news. The updates are set to roll out in stages, starting with the beta version and eventually reaching all users in the coming weeks.

One of the key updates mentioned by Mehta is the revamp of the “Ride Statistics” feature. Instead of simply providing ride-by-ride statistics, the new version will display driving trends from the past week directly on the home screen. This enhancement aims to provide users with valuable insights into their driving style.

In addition to the improved ride statistics, Ather Energy is introducing the ability to save multiple addresses within the app. Users will now be able to save more than just their office and home locations. They can save their favorite fast chargers, stores, friends’ places, and more. To simplify the process further, Ather Energy will automatically pre-feed users’ office and home locations based on their regular commuting times, reducing the friction associated with using navigation.
The most significant upgrade announced by Ather Energy is the introduction of a service history tracking feature. Users will now have easy access to their entire service history directly within the app. This feature eliminates the need for guessing when crucial maintenance tasks, such as brake pad changes or engine oil replacements, were last performed.
With these updates, Ather Energy aims to enhance the user experience of its electric vehicle owners. By providing valuable insights, convenient navigation options, and a comprehensive service history tracker, the company strives to offer a seamless and convenient digital platform for its customers.
Electric vehicle enthusiasts and Ather Energy users can look forward to experiencing these new features firsthand as the updates roll out in the coming weeks.
