Last year, Apple won a 2021 lawsuit in China that accused it of charging excessive commissions on the App Store. Now, one lawyer behind that case is challenging Apple’s App Store practices once again. Here are the details.
A bit of background
In 2021, one Chinese customer filed a lawsuit claiming that Apple’s 30% App Store commission caused higher prices compared to Android. The Shanghai Intellectual Property Court, however, saw it differently.
