Indian telecom operator Airtel has launched Airtel CCaaS (Contact Center as a Service), claiming to be the first omni-channel cloud platform that provides a unified experience for enterprise contact centers. The platform combines voice, cloud, and software solutions to simplify contact center management and reduce costs for enterprises. Airtel CCaaS offers features such as call handling, call routing, conference calling, and cloud monitoring accessible across all office locations. Abhishek Biswal, Head of Digital Products & Services at Airtel Business, stated that the offering will revolutionize the contact center industry.
