The administration of AIIMS-Delhi intends to implement a startup policy in order to encourage entrepreneurship among medical students.
According to officials at AIIMS-Delhi, the institute plans to collaborate with other educational institutes such as the Indian Institutes of Technology, Indian Institutes of Management, and Indian School of Business (ISB) to make intersectional learning more accessible to medical students (TOI). In this regard, AIIMS director Dr. M Srinivas will meet with representatives from other academic institutions on Sunday (February 26). An official informed that AIIMS has initiated the startup policy mulling the changing times and requirements. In addition, the medical research university will collaborate with companies such as McKinsey, Boston Consulting Group, and Bain & Company to provide medical students with business management exposure.
