Advertising company Zoo Media acquired marketing startup The Starter Labs for an undisclosed amount

Advertising company Zoo Media acquired marketing startup The Starter Labs for an undisclosed amount. The acquisition will strengthen Zoo Media’s D2C capabilities and will complement the company’s soon-to-be-launched global growth strategy.

Following the transaction, The Starter Labs’ founders will join Zoo Media as managing partners, while its employees will work from Zoo Media offices in Mumbai, Bengaluru, and Gurgaon. Zoo Media provides businesses all over the world with customised digital media and advertising services ranging from video solutions to influencer marketing. Zoo Media now owns 11 agency brands, including FoxyMoron, Pollen, The Rabbit Hole, Mammoth, Noesis, Phosphene, Doyen Oink, XP&D, TCM, and Metaform.
