Sennheiser launches Accentum Plus wireless headphones with ANC, 50-hour battery at Rs 15,990



Sennheiser has launched its Accentum series in India The latest Sennheiser Accentum Plus overhead headphones comes with features like Hybrid ANC and promises 50-hour battery playtime under Rs 15,000. The device also supports gesture controls and USB-C charging. Here are all the details about the new audio devices:

Sennheiser Accentum Plus: Price and availability

Accentum Plus will be available in black and white colour options at Rs 15,990 starting February 14.Sennheiser has announced a special pre-booking offer for the new headphones. Customers can now pre-order the headphones at a special offer price of Rs 14,990. The company is offering a pre-booking discount of Rs 1000. This pre-booking offer is now available and will be valid till February 13 on the brand webshop www.sennheiser-hearing.com and Amazon.

Sennheiser Accentum Plus: Key highlights

Sennheiser Accentum Plus features touch-gesture controls, Hybrid Adaptive Noise Cancellation and a premium design. The company claims that the headphones will offer 50 hours of battery life. For connectivity, the device supports Bluetooth 5.2 and all popular codecs including aptX Adaptive.
It includes Sennheiser’s proprietary 37mm dynamic transducer that features the company’s Sound Personalization mode to match listener’s preferences without sacrificing the bass performance and striking detail the brand is known for. The Accentum Plus Adaptive ANC to to constantly adapt to changes in the ambient noise environment around the user.
The Accentum Plus supports the “quick charge” feature that adds an extra 5 hours of listening time in about 10 minutes. The provided USB-C cable also allows the listener to stream music from another audio device like a laptop while charging.
This headphone offers other features like automatic wind-reduction and adjustable side-tone for better calling experience. Accentum Plus’ multipoint connectivity can switch between Bluetooth devices without the need for re-pairing.
Sennheiser’s Smart Control App can be used to handle Bluetooth connections, 5-band EQ and adjust other audio-centric features. In this app, users can even store their personalised presets.
The claims that the ear cup and headband padding adapt to the wearer’s contours for an enhanced experience. The headphones also include audio cable with a 3.5mm stereo plug that can be used into in-flight entertainment systems or other headphone outputs. It can fold flat and ships with a zip-storage case for carrying the device.
