HRTech firm CIEL buys Aagree Staffing for an undisclosed sum

CIEL Group, a comprehensive HR solutions provider, has announced the acquisition of Aargee Staffing Services, an IT staffing company known for its expertise in the tech staffing industry

The acquisition, marking CIEL’s fourth in the past year, is a significant move in the company’s growth strategy and its plans for an Initial Public Offering (IPO).

Enhancing professional staffing services

The integration of Aargee Staffing into CIEL Group is expected to bolster CIEL’s offerings in professional staffing, particularly in IT and Engineering sectors.

K Pandiarajan, Executive Chairperson of CIEL Group, emphasized that this acquisition is a key step in strengthening their Tech Staffing Services and advancing their IPO plans. He also highlighted CIEL’s ongoing initiatives like EzyConsult, Career Accelerator Programme, and CHROs of Tomorrow, aimed at enriching talent solutions and addressing future workforce challenges.

“We continue to make progress in enriching our talent solutions by bringing innovative ideas to life in the form of EzyConsult, Career Accelerator Programme and CHROs of Tomorrow, each of which will help deliver greater value to businesses in India Inc. and an opportunity to the workforce to adapt to the future challenges,” Pandiarajan said.

Aditya Mishra, MD & CEO of CIEL HR, spoke about preparing the workforce for future challenges. He mentioned the CHRO of Tomorrow program, designed to groom future HR leaders through mentoring, hackathons, and learning circles.

Additionally, CIEL’s collaboration with Open Universities for the Career Accelerator Programme (CCAP) aims to provide comprehensive learning experiences for young talent in entry-level roles across various industries.
