India’s Infosys extends its partnership with urban mobility firm TK Elevator

Indian technology company Infosys today said it has entered into a long-term strategic partnership with TK Elevator, a major player in urban mobility, to revamp and modernize TK Elevator’s digital framework, focusing on innovation and transformation of their application and IT environment.

According to the company, this will be achieved using an AI-first strategy, primarily through Infosys Topaz.

How will Infosys and TK Elevator collaborate?

The collaboration will see Infosys taking over the operations of TK Elevator’s business applications across North America and major European markets.

The company said it aims to integrate application management and unify infrastructure operations, leading to a more streamlined and agile digital landscape as it finds it is crucial for enhancing overall business processes.

What will Infosys do?

Under the partnership, Infosys said it will provide several services, including application management through its Live Enterprise Application Management Platform (LEAP), which is part of Infosys Cobalt.

The tech company will also lead the transformation in Software-defined Wide Area Networks (SD-WAN) and manage various operations including Service Desk, Data Center, Cloud, LAN, and Workplace. Additionally, It will develop an integrated applications and infrastructure operating model, incorporating Service Integration and Management (SIAM).

Susan Poon, Global CIO at TK Elevator, said, “Technology empowers our employees and business associates to deliver high-quality services to customers and users across the value chain. We are delighted to significantly expand our collaboration with Infosys, which brings end-to-end digital transformation capabilities, helping us accelerate our business transformation and to realize our strategic vision.”
