Apple’s Swift Student Challenge, which invites students from around the world to create apps, will open in February 2024. This year, a new category will recognize 50 Distinguished Winners. Participants can sign up on Apple’s developer site and submit their app playgrounds during a three-week window. Out of the 350 overall winners, 50 Distinguished Winners will be invited to Apple’s headquarters and receive a one-year membership into the Apple Developer Program. Apple is also releasing new coding resources for students and educators, and introducing Everyone Can Code Projects to guide students in app development.
