NoBroker Launches CallZen.AI To Provide Contact Centre Intelligence To Business

Proptech unicorn NoBroker has entered the contact centre intelligence business with the launch of a conversational artificial intelligence (AI) platform CallZen.AI.

NoBroker cofounder Akhil Gupta announced the launch of the platform, which aims to help businesses analyse their customer interactions, in a LinkedIn post.

The platform has been in use by NoBroker since 2021. Back then, the platform offered a transcription feature in Hindi, English, and a combination of the two languages.

As per the information available on the startup’s website, after successfully auditing 100% of the calls at a reduced transcription latency time and overall cost, the proptech unicorn worked on CallZen to incorporate features like business lead generation, fraud detection, and business process management.

Following this, CallZen was also programmed to audit calls in five more languages for testing and making it ready to be launched as a SaaS product.

Currently, CallZen is programmed to help businesses “delve into unparalleled conversational insights from almost all Indian languages without worrying about the context , be it calls, chats, or meetings,” wrote Gupta in his post

He said NoBroker aims to reimagine the essence of customer interaction with a focus on banking and finance, healthtech, edtech and insurance.

Gupta claimed that CallZen offers businesses a comprehensive understanding of their customer interactions, helping them streamline their operations.

The AI platform has been categorised into three segments – basic, professional and enterprise, with a 14 days trial option available for each. However, the pricing of the products is not available on the startup’s website.

As of now, the platform offers 17 features including multilingual transcription, speech analytics, AI coaching, agent scoring among others. CallZen claims that it is capable of boosting sales by 12%, while reducing agent violation by 80% and assuring 99% compliance.

As per its website, NoBroker has already onboarded a few paying customers for the conversational platform.

The new business is expected to help the company shore up its top and bottom lines.

Founded in 2014 by Akhil Gupta, Amit Agarwal and Saurabh Garg, NoBroker helps users find homes and commercial properties for rent and purchase, without brokerage. The startup operates residential community management platform NoBrokerHood.

In 2021, NoBroker became the first proptech unicorn of India

Earlier this year, it secured $5 Mn in its Series E funding led by Google.

Long before Edgar Wright’s The Running Man hits theaters this week, the director of Shaun of the Dead and Hot Fuzz had been thinking about making it. He read the original 1982 novel by Stephen King (under his pseudonym Richard Bachman) as a boy and excitedly went to theaters in 1987 to see the film version, starring Arnold Schwarzenegger. Wright enjoyed the adaptation but was a little let down by just how different it was from the novel. Years later, after he’d become a successful… Source link
