Oppo has launched its new budget smartphone, Oppo A38, featuring an HD+ display, MediaTek chipset, and a 5000mAh battery. The smartphone runs on Android 13 and offers 4GB RAM and 128GB storage, expandable up to 1TB. It supports 5G connectivity, dual SIM cards, and has a dual rear camera setup with a 50MP primary camera.
