Arca Refuerza los Controles en Octubre: Nuevos Límites para Transferencias y Billeteras Virtuales

Nuevos Límites de Extracción y Transferencias

De acuerdo con la comunicación oficial, el tope de extracción en cajeros automáticos se fijó en 10 millones de pesos por mes. Superar ese monto podría implicar sanciones financieras, bloqueo de cuentas bancarias o reportes automáticos a la Unidad de Información Financiera (UIF).

En cuanto a las transferencias y acreditaciones, los límites también fueron actualizados:

  • Personas físicas: hasta 50 millones de pesos.
  • Personas jurídicas: hasta 30 millones de pesos.

Para las billeteras virtuales, los topes son idénticos: 50 millones para usuarios particulares y 30 millones para empresas. En el caso de los plazos fijos, los montos máximos alcanzan 100 millones de pesos para individuos y 30 millones para entidades jurídicas.

Asimismo, las compras como consumidor final tendrán un límite de 10 millones de pesos sin necesidad de justificar el origen de los fondos.

Qué Pasa si se Superan los Límites

Las medidas de Arca transferencias buscan incrementar la transparencia y la trazabilidad del dinero digital. Aquellos usuarios o comercios que excedan los límites establecidos podrán ser investigados y, en algunos casos, sus cuentas o medios de pago podrán ser bloqueados temporalmente.

Los motivos que pueden derivar en la suspensión de una cuenta incluyen:

  • Inconsistencias tributarias.
  • Falta de documentación respaldatoria.

De acuerdo con el organismo, las cuentas bancarias, tarjetas de crédito y débito, billeteras virtuales y pagos con QR pueden quedar suspendidos si se detectan irregularidades.

En caso de ser incluido en la lista de “usuarios no confiables”, el contribuyente o comercio podrá revertir la situación siguiendo una serie de pasos:

  1. Ingresar al sitio web oficial de Arca.
  2. Dirigirse a la sección “Estado administrativo de CUIT: Reactivación presencial”.
  3. Realizar una presentación digital del descargo.
  4. Esperar la respuesta del organismo, que se notificará a través del domicilio fiscal electrónico.

El proceso de revisión se realiza caso por caso, y el organismo podrá requerir documentación adicional como recibos de sueldo, comprobantes de monotributo, facturación reciente o constancias de operaciones comerciales.
