Neobank startup IppoPay acquired AI-enabled risk management startup Tutelar for an undisclosed amount.
Tutelar’s acquisition will assist IppoPay in preventing fraudulent payment activities. Pradeep Kumar, the founder of Tutelar, will also join IppoPay as a risk specialist.
