At I/O Connect India 2025 in Bengaluru, Google showcased AI advancements aimed at empowering Indian developers. Eight Indian startups demonstrated innovative applications built using Google’s latest AI models, highlighting the technology’s potential.
Sarvam, a Bengaluru-based AI startup, utilized Google’s Gemma 3 model to develop a new translation tool. Other startups like CoRover, Dashverse, Entri, Glance, Invideo, Nykaa, and Toonsutra are leveraging Google’s Gemini to enhance their features and create new functionalities. The event underscored Google’s commitment to fostering AI innovation within the Indian developer community by providing them with cutting-edge tools and resources. The showcased applications demonstrated the diverse ways AI can be integrated across various sectors, from translation to content creation and user experience.
