Meta, led by CEO Mark Zuckerberg, is aggressively recruiting top AI talent to build its Superintelligence Team. The team, part of Meta’s ambitious plan to develop artificial general intelligence (AGI) and superintelligence, includes a total of 44 people from varied origins.
In order to attract top talent away from competitors such as Apple, Google, and OpenAI, the tech giant is offering substantial compensation, which can exceed $150 million in some cases.
